We offer both rooms and apartment.
Aparment (one apartment accessible for a person on the wheelchair)

  • Studio: 2 / 3 sleeping posts: living room with a duble-bed, cooking corner, the bathroom with a shower and external space with a table.
  • Apartment: Two-room 4/5 sleeping posts: living room with the kitchen with a double sofa-bed, bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom with shower and outdoor space with reserved table.

Reservations

30% of the total price must be paid also by means of bank transfer with a name, apartment and a period requested

Regulations

Check in  dalle ore 15 alle 20. Check out entro ore 10 a.m. .
The hours of relaxation should be respected
Every apartment must be occupied only by a person entitled to do it.Others are not allowed to enter both apartments and the garden.

Cancellation

If you inform us about your cancellation within the 30th day before an arrival, a deposit will be given back.If we are no informed within that time, we will keep a deposit. In case of not arriving, we have the right to ask for a compensation
In case of earlier departure,money will not be given back
